Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MBA) or advanced certification preferred.
• Typically 6–8 years in global trade compliance or related function.
• 3+ years hands-on SAP GTS experience handling sanctions, licenses and block resolution.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of global trade controls strategies.
• Provide SME on import/export controls, sanctions, and customs compliance.
• Embed trade compliance into processes, systems, operating models.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of trade controls.
• Assess trade risks and develop mitigation for regulatory compliance.
