Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Manager, Trade Controls, located in Raynham, MA, to lead global trade compliance across the end‑to‑end supply chain and shape future‑state operating models for scalable processes.

The role drives governance, partners with Legal, Tax, Quality, and regional teams, and oversees import/export controls, tariffs, and compliance initiatives to enable growth with regulatory confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in trade compliance or related functions.
• 5 years of SAP GTS experience managing Sanctioned Party List, export controls, and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead global trade controls strategy for DePuy Synthes Supply Chain, aligning with enterprise objectives.
• Design and improve trade compliance operating models, processes, and governance across regions.
• Provide strategic oversight for import/export controls, customs compliance, FTAs, and tariff mitigation.
• Partner with Global Supply Chain, Legal, Tax, Quality, and regional teams to embed trade controls into design and transformation programs.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance compliance, efficiency, and scalability of trade processes.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to monitor compliance and operational impact.
• Mentor team members and stakeholders to foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support regulatory change management and communicate impact and responses to leadership.
