Job summary

You will partner with Legal, Tax, Quality and regional teams, guiding complex transformation programs while mentoring stakeholders and ensuring timely, compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Law, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in trade compliance or global supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global trade controls strategy for DePuy Synthes Supply Chain across regions.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve trade compliance operating models and processes.
• Provide strategic oversight for import/export controls, customs compliance, FTAs, and tariff mitigation.
• Partner with Global Supply Chain, Legal, Tax, Quality, and Regional teams to embed trade controls into design and transformation programs.
• Lead cross‑functional strategy initiatives to enhance compliance, efficiency, and scalability of trade processes.
• Establish performance metrics, risk indicators, and reporting to monitor compliance effectiveness.
