Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Typically 8–10 years of progressive experience in trade compliance or related functions
• Strong knowledge of global trade regulations and import/export controls
• Experience with SAP GTS and cross‑functional collaboration across regions

Responsibilities

• Lead the global trade controls strategy for DePuy Synthes Supply Chain
• Design and improve trade compliance operating models and governance
• Oversee import/export controls, customs compliance, and tariff mitigation
• Partner with Global Supply Chain, Legal, Tax, Quality, and regional teams
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives to enhance compliance and efficiency
• Establish metrics and reporting to monitor compliance and impact
• Mentor team members and stakeholders on trade risk and regulatory changes
• Support regulatory change management and implementation
