Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Specialist to support our Logistics team. You will manage export controls and licensing for robotics hardware, software and dual-use tech, ensuring adherence to EAR, ITAR and related regimes.

You will conduct DPS, FTZ management, audits, and HTS/ECCN classification while collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing and freight partners to maintain compliance across all shipments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in import/export trade compliance or related field.
• Practical experience with ACE government platform.
• Knowledge of EAR/ITAR and dual-use controls.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory oversight across EAR/ITAR and related regs.
• Denied party screening for partners and customers.
• Management of licensing, documentation, and FTZ processes.
• Classification work for HTS and ECCN with engineering input.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Manufacturing and carriers for compliance.
