Colony Brands Inc. in Monroe, WI is seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist to coordinate import entry data with customs brokers and ensure regulatory compliance. This pivotal role supports HS classification maintenance and strategic planning across multiple units.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote compliance awareness and drive process improvements while working on-site at our Monroe headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, supply chain or related field with interest in international trade.
• Related business or internship experience.
• Project management skills with process improvement focus.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, decision-making, and teamwork abilities.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
• Certified Customs Specialist preferred (or willing to obtain within 2 years).
• On-site work at Monroe, WI headquarters.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily with customs brokers to declare import entry data.
• Determine HS classification for imported goods and maintain HS database.
• Participate in cost savings initiatives and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness of compliance.
