Colony Brands Inc., based in Monroe, WI, seeks a detail-oriented Trade Compliance Analyst to support our Global Compliance team in on-site collaboration.

You will classify HS for imports, update systems, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen our compliance initiatives and drive cost-saving opportunities. A Bachelor's in business or related field and MS Excel proficiency are preferred; on-site role in Monroe, WI.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field (helpful, not required).
• Related business or internship experience.
• PM skills with process improvement focus; ability to drive multiple initiatives.
• Strong work ethic, initiative and teamwork.
• Certified Customs Specialist preferred (or willing to obtain within 2 years).

Job Description

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Trade Compliance Analyst to support our growing Global Compliance team. If you have a positive, customer-service oriented demeanor - this could be the position for you!

What You'll Do:

• Shared responsibility for determination of harmonized tariff schedule (HS) classification for imported goods across multiple business units, including maintenance of the HS import database.
• Participation in various cost savings initiatives and strategic planning sessions to support Colony Brands strategic goals and objectives.
• Assisting in updating all internal systems and databases with correct classification information for compliance and customs clearance purposes.
• Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to build awareness and internal partnerships for Colony Brands compliance activity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field with a strong interest in international business/trade compliance is helpful not required.
• Related business or internship experience
• Project management skills with a process improvement focus demonstrating the ability to prioritize and drive forward multiple initiatives and objectives in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, initiative, decision making skills and the ability to work on a team and independently to drive strategic results.
• Experience with MSOffice (specifically advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Certified Customs Specialist preferred (or willing to obtain within 2 years)
• This role requires you to physically work on site at our Monroe, WI headquarters.
