Job summary

Colony Brands, Inc. in Monroe, Wisconsin, is seeking a regular full-time Monroe Operations Supervisor on first shift to lead daily operations across Warehouse, Production and Fulfillment.

The role supports employee development, safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement while maintaining operational standards. The position requires flexibility to work across departments and shifts, with hours varying seasonally to match demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant manufacturing, technical, training, or lead experience preferred. (We will train)
• Experience using computer, inventory, production, or Microsoft-based systems preferred.
• Demonstrated examples of working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to work independently, within clearly established guidelines and exercise sound judgment
• Experience providing training, coaching, work direction, strong leadership, organizational & communication skills
• Availability to work second shift during peak season (November - December)

Responsibilities

• Leads employees and coordinates daily operations across Warehouse, Production, and Fulfillment functions.
• Supports employee development, safety, quality, productivity, service, and continuous improvement while ensuring operational standards.
• Flexibility to work across departments and support both first- and second-shift operations.
• Work hours will vary throughout the year based on seasonal demands and business needs.
