The role requires a deep understanding of customs compliance, HTS, and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of customs compliance and import/export operational experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Experience in HTS classification and applying GRI rules.

Aufgaben

• Assign tariff classifications using HTS knowledge and GRI guidelines.
• Design and implement legal compliance programs demonstrating reasonable care.
• Process sample transactions; support audits and identify process improvements.
• Prepare certificate of origin packages; review certificates for accuracy and validity.
• Conduct post-entry audits to ensure compliance with customs requirements.
• Identify non-compliance and implement practical remediation actions.
• Support CT PAT certification application and best practices.
