This hybrid role requires an associate degree, 2 years in import/export compliance, advanced Excel, and experience with Oracle or WMS. Denver-office based with a 3–2 hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in import/export compliance or freight forwarding.
• Strong Excel, data manipulation, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Review data for duty drawback and import reconciliation.
• Perform import entry audit and manage entry packets FTP.
• Research mismatches between broker data and ERP systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve duty drawback processes.
