Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Trade Operations Specialist to support duty drawback and import reconciliation. You will review data, conduct audits, and manage entry packets while collaborating with the import/export team to improve systems and processes.

The role requires an associate degree and hands-on experience with US customs documentation, Excel, and data presentation. This is a hybrid position with three days in the Denver office and two from home.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of Import/Export Compliance or Customs Brokerage/Freight Forwarding.
• Familiarity with US customs entry documentation.
• Advanced Excel and critical thinking skills.
• Detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Experience with small parcel, ocean, air freight, LTL shipments and carriers.
• Ability to retrieve, manipulate and present data.
• Ability to work independently and in a cross‑functional team.
• Strong MS Access, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
• Experience with Oracle, WMS, ACE, and other Supply Chain systems preferred.
• Experience in import/export rules and regulations.
• Duty drawback and reconciliation experience preferred.
• This role requires eligibility for an export license or be a U.S. Person.

Responsibilities

• Review, research, and prepare internal data/reporting for duty drawback and import reconciliation.
• Import entry audit.
• Managing FTP for entry packets.
• Work exception reporting, research and resolve mismatches in broker data to ERP system.
• Collaborate with import and export team members to develop and implement systems and process improvements.
