Arrow Electronics is seeking an Import/Export Compliance professional for its Denver, CO location. The role focuses on duty drawback, import reconciliation, and entry audits, with cross-functional collaboration to improve systems and processes.

Requirements include an associate’s degree and 2+ years of experience with US customs documentation, Excel expertise, and data presentation skills. Hybrid schedule: 3 office days and 2 work-from-home days. Competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate’s degree.
• 2 years of experience in Import/Export Compliance or Customs Brokerage/Freight Forwarding.
• Familiarity with US customs entry documentation.
• Advanced Excel and strong data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review, research, and prepare internal data/reporting utilized for duty drawback and import reconciliation.
• Import entry audit.
• Managing FTP for entry packets.
• Work exception reporting, research and resolve mismatches in broker data to ERP system.
• Work cross-functionally to develop/implement systems and process improvements to duty drawback and reconciliation programs.
• Collaborate with import and export team members.
