Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Trade Operations Specialist in Denver to manage import/export data, perform duty drawback and reconciliation tasks, and audit entries. The role requires strong Excel, Oracle, and ERP experience, with a focus on process improvements and cross-functional teamwork.

The position follows a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and offers comprehensive benefits and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Import/Export Compliance or Customs Brokerage/Freight Forwarding.
• Familiarity with US customs entry documentation.
• Advanced Excel and data presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with small parcel, ocean, air freight, LTL shipments.
• Strong MS Access, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
• Experience with Oracle, WMS, ACE and other SCM systems preferred.
• Duty drawback and reconciliation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, research, and prepare internal data/reporting for duty drawback and import reconciliation.
• Import entry audit.
• Managing FTP for entry packets.
• Work exception reporting, research and resolve mismatches in broker data to ERP system.
• Work cross-functionally to develop/implement systems and process improvements to duty drawback and reconciliation programs.
• Collaborate with import and export team members.

What You Will Be Doing:

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum associate's degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Import/Export Compliance or Customs Brokerage/Freight Forwarding
• Familiarity with US customs entry documentation
• Advanced Excel and critical thinking skills
• Detail-Oriented and exceptional organizational skills
• Experience working with small parcel, ocean, air freight, LTL shipments and carriers
• Ability to retrieve, manipulate and present data
• Ability to work well both independently and in a cross functional team environment
• Strong MS Access, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
• Experience working with Oracle, WMS, ACE, and other Supply Chain systems preferred
• Experience in import and export rules and regulations
• Duty drawback and reconciliation experience preferred

This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) .

Work Arrangement:

This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and 2 days per week from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$25.80 - $31.53

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
