PCI Pharma Services is seeking an Import Specialist, Global Specialty Logistics to lead import compliance for North America, interfacing with clients, brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant movement of clinical trial medicines and routine materials.

You will maintain US customs compliance with agencies like CBP, FDA, BIS, Census; coordinate with Business Development, Clinical Legal, and Project Management; drive process improvements and annual revenue/EBITDA goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities required.
• Proficient in general office software and data tasks.
• High-level reasoning and problem-solving skills for complex import scenarios.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as import contact for Global Specialty Logistics in North America.
• Maintain compliance with US customs and governing agencies (CBP, FDA, USDA, CDC, BIS, Census, EPA, etc.).
• Coordinate with Business Development, brokers, and project teams for timely entries and permits.
• Support and train teams on international import procedures and documentation.
• Drive revenue and EBITDA targets and document import processes for billing and operations.
