Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 8+ years of trade compliance experience.
• Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC, NRC, and US CBP regulations.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and train others.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure trade transactions comply with export laws and controls.
• Serve as liaison between departments to provide guidance and training.
• Manage export/import compliance issues and interact with customs.
• Develop and implement training, procedures, and systems for export compliance.
