Job summary

Parker Hannifin in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Senior Trade Compliance Specialist to lead the design and execution of our global trade compliance vision. You will partner across the enterprise to strengthen programs, enable efficient operations, and navigate regulatory requirements with integrity.

Responsibilities include developing compliant import/export processes, reducing risk, and delivering training to ensure consistent execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification (LCB, CES, CIS).
• Minimum of 5 years in trade compliance, logistics, or related field.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to support stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement global import and export compliance programs aligned with Parker policies and regulations.
• Oversees transportation costs by selecting methods balancing cost and customer needs.
• Review customs and export declarations, supporting documentation, and trade reporting for accuracy.
• Apply expertise in export controls, including licensing, ITAR, OFAC, and related requirements.
• Maintain accurate trade compliance records and product data for shipments across borders.
• Review trade data and compliance metrics to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Advise operations and business partners on trade compliance and process improvements.
• Develop and deliver trade compliance training and guidance across the division.
