Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
8+ years of trade compliance experience of increasing responsibility.
Advanced knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC, NRC, and US CBP regulations.
Ability to investigate and resolve compliance issues and respond to regulatory inquiries.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and present.
Ability to integrate regulatory requirements into business processes and workflows.
Understanding of regulatory definitions of technical data and technology at multiple levels.
Ability to determine license requirements and manage authorizations.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between Export Administrators, Compliance teams, and business units.
Manage export/import compliance issues and coordinate with customs authorities.
Develop and implement training, procedures, and systems for export compliance.
Provide guidance and analysis to internal teams on regulatory requirements.
Report suspected compliance shortfalls and support internal investigations.
