Parker Aerospace is seeking an Import/Export Specialist to ensure compliance with US and international trade laws. You will develop processes, audit procedures, and keep manuals up to date to support global trade.

Responsibilities include training staff, analyzing imports/exports to meet requirements, and monitoring orders while ensuring site security for USG programs. A 4-year degree and 2–4 years in import/export are required.

Qualifikationen

• 4-year college degree.
• 2 to 4 years' experience in an import/export environment.
• Familiarity with domestic and international import/export laws and regulations.
• Ability to analyze and implement legal and regulatory revisions.
• Intermediate level knowledge of popular application software programs.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update the Division's Import and Export Compliance Manuals, and ensure the procedures and processes contained in the Manuals are adhered to.
• Remain informed of current import and export issues, regulations and laws through compliance training.
• Familiarize appropriate Division staff with international trade laws and regulations.
• Collaboratively analyze the Division's imports and exports to meet international, customer, and supplier requirements.
• Monitor international inbound and outbound orders, expediting those delayed.
• Prepare, update, retain domestic and international import/export documentation.
• Provide quarterly and annual training to Division personnel to enhance compliance awareness.
• Responsible for Site security related to USG military programs.
