Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Trade Compliance Program Manager to design and execute import/export risk management for growing international businesses within the Trade Operations space.

The role partners with legal, logistics, supply chain, quality, engineering, and global trade teams to own key workstreams, drive program execution, and deliver scalable risk solutions while advancing compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute Broker Management processes and liaise with brokers and supply chain participants daily.
• Support regulatory engagement across the Trade space in North America.
• Contribute to objectives and drive improvements within your program area, quantifying impact with metrics.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders including business teams, tech teams, public policy, trade, legal, and regulators to interpret and apply regulations.
• Execute the rollout of controls and audits, including testing and measuring their effectiveness.
• Build flexible and scalable solutions across various technologies, business models/supply chain arcs, and country regulatory regimes.
• Stay informed on regulations and technologies relevant to your space and incorporate them into risk management programs.
• Present organized plans articulating the problem statement, recommended solution, and milestones.
