Job summary

Husky Technologies is seeking a Trade Compliance Program Manager in Milton, VT. You will lead enterprise-wide trade compliance initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure integration of compliance requirements into Husky’s systems.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Finance and Sales to strengthen the global framework, reduce risk, and improve efficiency across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of global trade compliance experience, including export controls.
• Deep knowledge of US, EU, and Canadian export laws and sanctions.
• Experience leading large-scale compliance or ERP integration projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of global trade compliance initiatives.
• Manage ERP module implementations and alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain governance, KPIs, and reporting for compliance programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deploy standardized trade controls.
