NEVEON Executive Committee is seeking a Trade Compliance and Logistics Manager in Monroe, NC. The role leads global import/export activities, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with carriers and brokers to optimize logistics performance.

The ideal candidate will manage a small team, drive process improvements, and provide executive guidance on U.S. import/export regulations and tariffs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in import/export transportation and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain or related field.
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) highly preferred.
• Strong ability to translate federal regulations into actionable business strategy.
• Experience with trade laws (ISO 13485, FDA QSR, GMP) preferred.
