Job summary

AccruePartners is seeking a logistics and compliance leader at an established manufacturing site in Monroe, NC. You will own regulatory compliance for international shipments, shape freight strategies, and partner with operations, customer service, quality, and production to optimize cost and delivery performance.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, offering exposure to senior leaders across supply chain, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

Several years of logistics management experience in manufacturing and international environment.
Experience owning compliance programs tied to regulated shipments.
Experience with an ERP System (NetSuite a plus).
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Comfortable operating in a fast paced, hands on environment while also thinking analytically about cost and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Own compliance for regulated shipments and international trade.
Set and influence logistics strategy across the business.
Collaborate with operations, customer service, quality and production to meet delivery goals.
Drive cost, quality, and delivery performance with hands-on execution when needed.
