Job summary

Dover is a diversified global manufacturer based in Downers Grove, Illinois. The Global Trade Compliance Manager will focus on U.S.

customs and international trade compliance matters and report to the Senior Associate Counsel, Global Regulatory Affairs within the Dover Law Department. Responsibilities include risk assessments, reviewing classification, import/export processes, implementing improvements across OpCos, and assisting with ACE portal and KYC training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum of 5 years’ professional experience.
• Experience with ACE Portal, PowerBI and Descartes Visual Compliance or similar tools.
• Organized, detail oriented and able to work cross-functionally with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments of the trade compliance program and identify gaps.
• Review classification, import, and export processes across OpCos and implement improvements.
• Develop and deliver training materials on trade compliance and KYC functions.
• Create reports in ACE and PowerBI; run ad hoc reports and monitor regulatory changes.
