Job summary

Resideo is seeking a Senior Manager of Trade Compliance and Programs to lead global trade initiatives across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. You will oversee HTS/ECCN classifications, FTA qualifications, origin determinations, and duty analytics, partnering with Legal, Supply Chain, and Engineering to translate complex regulations into scalable programs.

You will drive strategy to optimize duty savings, ensure BIS and 19 CFR compliance, and manage data governance within SAP and other trade

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in international trade, customs brokerage, or supply chain.
• Deep understanding of HTS, U.S. CFR rules, and USMCA origin rules.
• Working knowledge of ECCN, CCATs and BIS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Tariff and export classification oversight with defensible rationales.
• Supervise FTA strategies, origin determinations, and duty savings.
• Govern master data in ERP/trade systems ensuring HTS/COO data integrity.
• Mitigate risk around tariffs and denied party screenings.
• Define global trade policy, controls, KPIs, and liaise with brokers.
