Resideo is seeking a Senior Manager of Trade Compliance and Programs to lead international trade initiatives across the US, Mexico, and Canada. You will oversee HTS/ECCN classifications, FTAs, and risk management while aligning with legal, engineering, and supply chain teams.

You will drive strategy to optimize duty savings, implement scalable programs, and ensure compliance with BIS and USMCA rules. This role engages with global trade data systems and brokers in a dynamic manufacturing

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive experience in international trade, customs brokerage, or supply chain.
• Deep understanding of HTS, U.S. Customs Regulations (19 CFR), and USMCA origin rules.
• Working knowledge and experience with ECCN classification, CCATs and BIS regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Tariff and Export Classification: Oversee HTS and ECCN assignments and defend classifications.
• FTA: Develop and audit strategies for FTAs (USMCA, AGOA) and optimize duty savings.
• Master Data Governance: Ensure HTS, ECCN, COO data integration in ERP/SAP and trade systems.
• Risk Management: Mitigate risks from Sections 122, 232/301 tariffs and denied party screenings.
• Policy & Reporting: Define global trade strategy and coordinate with customs brokers.
