Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. in the United States seeks a senior trade compliance professional to lead import regulatory programs and ensure global alignment across logistics, sourcing, and operations.

You will develop and maintain global trade policies, participate in audits, and train internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements. Candidates should have deep knowledge of HTS, EAR, USMCA, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in trade compliance, with a focus on import logistics.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. import regulations including HTS, PGA, and USMCA.
• Experience in HTS classification and duties determination.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable import/export laws, with focus on U.S. Customs regulations.
• Develop and maintain global trade compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, legal, and procurement to ensure compliant movement of goods across borders.
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on trade compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and leverage data to track KPIs and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
