Resideo is seeking a Senior Manager of Trade Compliance and Programs to lead global trade initiatives across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. You will oversee HTS/ECCN classifications, FTAs, and data governance within SAP and related systems, while collaborating with Legal, Engineering, and Supply Chain to reduce risk and optimize duty savings.

You will drive strategy, ensure compliance with USMCA, BIS rules, and import/export controls, and report KPIs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive international trade experience in trade compliance or supply chain.
• Deep knowledge of HTS, 19 CFR, USMCA origin rules, ECCN classifications, and BIS regs.
• PM/leadership experience coordinating across legal, engineering, and supply chain teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee tariff and export classifications (HTS, ECCN) and defend audit readiness.
• Lead FTA strategies, origin determinations, and duty-savings initiatives.
• Govern master data in ERP/trade systems ensuring HTS/COO alignment.
• Mitigate risk for 122, 232, 301 tariffs, AD/CVD, and denied party screenings.
• Define global trade strategy and KPIs; liaise with customs brokers.
