The Kinetic Group is seeking an International Trade Compliance Program Lead with ITAR, EAR, OFAC and AECA licensing expertise. The role reports to the Export Compliance Manager in the Legal & Compliance group and guides jurisdiction classification for defense and commercial exports.

You will review proposals and contracts to determine licensing needs, prepare licenses and exemptions, train staff, and support audits and investigations across global operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR, EAR, OFAC and AECA licensing and compliance.
• Ability to assess jurisdiction/classification under ITAR and EAR.
• Knowledge of export controls, licenses, exemptions and related regulations.
• Experience coordinating with legal/compliance teams and business units.

Responsabilités

• Review proposals/contracts to determine licensing requirements.
• Prepare export licenses and exemptions (TAAs, MLAs, WDAs).
• Provide training on export controls and recordkeeping requirements.
• Support audits/investigations of export/sanctions compliance.
