Job summary

The Kinetic Group seeks an International Trade Compliance Program Lead to guide ITAR, EAR, and OFAC licensing and compliance for its Minnesota operations, including Anoka locations. You will classify products, determine licensing needs, and work with internal teams to ensure regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities include preparing licenses, TAAs, MLAs, and training staff on trade controls, while staying current on BIS and OFAC requirements to support global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong operational understanding of global trade compliance issues, ITAR/EAR, OFAC.
• Experience developing global trade compliance programs and policies.
• Ability to collaborate with outside counsel and internal teams.
• Experience with licensing systems and trade controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage ITAR/EAR classification determinations to enable defense and commercial licenses.
• Prepare, implement, and modify export license applications and TAAs/MLAs.
• Provide training on ITAR/EAR, OFAC, and related regulations.
• Audit and improve internal controls for export activities and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate with BIS, OFAC, and State Dept. offices and external partners.
