TE Connectivity seeks a GTS ACL Sector Americas CLS BU Manager to lead trade compliance for the CLS BU, ensuring import/export regulatory adherence and effective risk management. You will collaborate with GTS Governance, BU stakeholders, and operational centers to implement controls and drive conformity across plants and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in global trade compliance in the Americas.
• Spanish writing and speaking skills are a plus.
• Experience with Mexico and South America trade regulations is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade compliance activities in the BU and ensure TE policies are followed.
• Advise BU stakeholders on import/export regulatory changes and controls.
• Maintain BU KPIs and coordinate with GTS Governance and OPS centers.
• Develop training and audit plans for the region.
