Job summary

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. is seeking a Trade Compliance Manager to lead a team overseeing import/export activities, tariff tracking, and policy compliance across sites.

You will work to optimize duties, maintain regulatory alignment, and support brokers while ensuring documentation and audits are up to date. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with ACE and MS Office, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment with domestic and international

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Automated Commercial Environment (ACE Customs portal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project.
• High level of customer interface experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Well organized, detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of trade compliance specialists in import/export tasks.
• Tariff tracking and tariff recovery.
• Monitor post-entry activities (PSC, Protest) for sites.
• Oversee HTS classification and Schedule B with cross‑department collaboration.
• Assist sites with broker management and procedures.
• Apply duty savings protocols and EAR for export compliance.
• Support country‑of‑origin analysis and COO marking as required.
• Maintain recordkeeping and training, audits, and manuals.
