RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a Manager, Global Trade to drive regulatory compliance and optimize trade processes across multiple sites including Farmington, Greenville, and Granby. You will lead initiatives, manage regulatory requirements, and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes training, policy guidance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and ensure export transaction accuracy in ITAR/EAR contexts.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in export transactional reviews, including international travel, visitor access, technical data exports, and hardware exports.
• Experience with regulatory compliance requirements, including ITAR and EAR.
• Experience with restricted party screening transactions and list maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and continuously improve the Corporate Global Trade (GT) Focal program, including administering and implementing new management tools, conducting training, maintaining regular meetings, and expanding the program across Corporate.
• Serve as the Global Trade Site Lead for the Farmington Campus, Corporate offices in Greenville, TX, and RT Flight in Granby, CT.
• Review and approve export transactional requests, including employee international travel, visitor access, technical data exports, and hardware exports.
• Create, support, and manage communication campaigns and change-management initiatives for Corporate.
• Prepare and deliver Global Trade training to internal business customers and new employees.
• Provide advice and guidance on regulatory requirements (ITAR and EAR) and company policies to Corporate employees.
• Review and resolve restricted party screening transactions and assist with list maintenance.
• Manage Corporate Global Trade digital information platforms, including the internal Corporate GT SharePoint site.
• Assist with Global Trade assessments, audits, and investigations of potential escapes or disclosures.
