Job summary

RTX is seeking a Global Trade Manager in North Berwick, ME to lead FTZ operations, ensure ITAR/EAR/FTR compliance, and partner with IT, Supply Chain, and Finance on process improvements for regulatory excellence.

Requirements include 8+ years of US import/export experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years, plus citizenship for access to controlled systems. Hybrid role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of applicable work experience or Advanced degree with 5+ years.
• 5+ years in US import compliance operations and/or supply chain management.
• 5+ years with FTZ, US Customs compliance operations, or trade regulations (ITAR, EAR, FTR).
• U.S. Citizenship is required to access controlled systems and information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FTZ administration with site operations, documentation, and waste management.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, FTR and CBP with central Customs team support.
• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, and Finance to improve FTZ processes.
• Identify compliance risks and drive corrective actions to resolution.
• Deliver FTZ training and mentor staff across departments.
• Partner with central Customs on audits and strategic improvement projects.
