RTX’s Collins Aerospace Mission Systems team seeks a Manager, Global Trade Lead to oversee the Global Trade compliance program for the Largo, FL and Cheshire, CT sites. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory adherence and supporting business objectives.

You will lead classification, licensing, audits, and training, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and track metrics. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• Minimum of 5 years in a Global Trade compliance role.
• Experience with export control regulations, classification, and licensing.
• Prior work in compliance audits or assessments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Global Trade compliance program for assigned sites.
• Provide guidance on export/import compliance, including licensing.
• Conduct internal audits to identify compliance risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance metrics and report trends to leadership.
• Develop and deliver global trade training programs.
• Support investigations into potential trade violations.
• Maintain accurate records for trade compliance activities.
