Zusammenfassung

PCI is seeking an Import Specialist, Global Specialty Logistics for North America to ensure compliance with US customs and regulatory agencies. You will be the primary import contact for the North America team and manage global depot strategies, licenses, and timelines.

In this role, you will coordinate with brokers, support client meetings, train teams on international requirements, and help drive revenue and EBITDA goals while upholding cGMP and GCP policies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 1-5 years of related experience.
• College level mathematical skills.
• Intermediate computer skills for complex tasks.
• Full professional proficiency in English: speaking, reading, writing.
• Very high reasoning: analyze data, interpret technical instructions.

Aufgaben

• Primary import contact for the Global Specialty Logistics team in North America.
• Maintain compliance with United States customs and other agencies.
• Collaborate with Business Development during quotation to identify depot strategy, costs, permits, and licenses.
• Support clients with meetings as SME for Import Requirements and coordinate study meetings.
• Assist international movement of materials, ensuring regulatory compliance with CBP, FDA, BIS, etc.
• Coordinate with brokers to ensure proper entries for regulated products; escalate courier issues.
• Develop and deliver training on international topics for PM and BD teams.
• Support revenue and EBITDA goals for the division.
