Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Director of Global Trade Compliance to set vision, strategy and governance for the company’s global program. You will lead enterprise-wide import/export compliance, align with growth priorities, and enable cost-efficient movement of goods across markets.

As a member of the Supply Chain and Regulatory leadership team, you will drive programs, implement controls, and partner with legal, finance, tax and commercial teams to manage risk and support international

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years in global trade compliance with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree requirement; Master’s preferred.
• U.S. Customs Broker License required; CCS/CES preferred.
• Deep expertise in global customs regulations and duty optimization.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global trade compliance strategy aligned with growth and risk tolerance.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, and standards for import/export compliance.
• Oversee import/export activities including classification, origin, and labeling.
• Lead design and implementation of internal controls, audits, and monitoring.
• Provide executive-level reporting on trade compliance performance and impact.
