Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper seeks a Director of Global Trade Compliance to define the vision and governance for the company’s global trade program. You will lead enterprise-wide import/export compliance, aligning with regulatory changes and enabling efficient movement of goods across markets.

You will drive a high-performing team, partner with Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Tax, and ensure robust controls, audits, and reporting across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in global trade compliance, with 7+ years in leadership roles.
• U.S. Customs Broker License required; CCS/CES certifications preferred.
• Deep expertise in global customs regulations, duty optimization, and trade programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global trade compliance strategy aligned with growth and expansion priorities.
• Oversee import/export compliance activities including classification, origin, labeling, and programs.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise executives on risks and opportunities.
• Lead the design and continuous improvement of internal controls and audits.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, Tax, and Commercial teams to embed compliance.
