Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper seeks a Manager, HR Compliance to lead compliance strategy across the U.S. and Canada, including governance, policy development, and risk mitigation.

This role partners with Legal Counsel, audits, regulatory reporting, HR policy development, and employee lifecycle compliance while driving continuous improvements across processes and controls. You will oversee government reporting, background checks, leave management, and regulatory filings, ensuring adherence to employment laws

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of progressive HR compliance experience.
• Deep knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law.
• California employment law expertise and regulatory understanding.
• Ability to interpret regulations and translate into practice.
• Experience with government reporting and audits.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field; professional HR certifications.
• Experience in a multi-state or global organization.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, ADP.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR compliance strategy across US and Canada with governance structures, controls, and reporting.
• Oversee HR policy development and employment practices per legal requirements.
• Manage government filings and regulatory reporting (EEO-1, pay equity, etc.) and compliance audits.
• Partner with Legal Counsel and HR Centers of Excellence to embed compliance in processes and systems.
• Own end-to-end HR compliance processes across recruitment, onboarding, records, leave, and offboarding.
• Investigate and manage investigations, audits, and inquiries; drive remediation and continuous improvement.
