Qualifikationen

• Active U.S. Customs Broker License (LCB) required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or legal cert is a plus.
• 8–10 years in international trade compliance, with 5+ years in import/export ops.
• Deep knowledge of 19 CFR, HTSUS, valuation, Incoterms 2020, and C-TPAT.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, GTS) and automated data entry/filing (ACE).
• Strong matrix leadership and risk communication to executives.

• Oversee trade compliance for US/global import/export activities.
• Lead LCB operations, binding rulings, protests, and post-entry actions.
• Design and scale policies, controls, and training across sites.
• Coordinate FDA NoA, product codes, and PGA import obligations.
• Manage HTS classifications, origin markings, and FTA reconcilations.
• Direct brokers, freight forwarders, and CM partners to optimize clearance.
