Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and legal guidance on Tower's US trade compliance program across EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and related regimes.
• Lead drafting and management of strategic export licenses and regulatory filings.
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide timely guidance to mitigate risk and ensure compliance across global sites.
• Develop and deliver risk-based trade compliance trainings and communications for cross-functional teams.
