Job summary

Binding Minds Inc. (Certified Disability Owned Business Enterprise) seeks a CTPAT Contractor to support the Trade Compliance Program Manager.

The role focuses on cargo security monitoring across overseas shipping locations, audit status reporting, and expanding the risk assessment for a 50+ country network. You will assist with self-assessments, risk processes, and partner screening, while maintaining program dashboards and communicating highlights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a corporate setting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming emails for troubleshooting, research and resolution.
• Run reporting, summarize and track program status.
• Support meeting content, notes, action items and templates.
• Correspond with third party and internal associates about the program.
• Monitor dashboards, perform analysis and communicate highlights.
• Provide back-up support and help implement new processes.
• Assist with special projects and cross-team support.
• Perform other duties as needed.
