Job summary

BRP US Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a CTPAT Security Coordinator to support the company’s compliance and physical security initiatives across designated US locations. You will report to the Director of Security and help drive risk mitigation and audit readiness.

You\'ll lead CTPAT assessments, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor security policies, and oversee contract guard services. Domestic travel and on-site work in Sturtevant are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in physical security or related field.
• Experience leading security personnel and vendor programs.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Experience developing security KPIs and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CTPAT security program.
• Coordinate CTPAT assessments, audits, validations, and CAPs.
• Lead contract security personnel and vendor management.
• Review security incidents and support investigations.
• Prepare security performance reports and action updates.
