PACCAR in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Trade Program Manager to lead the operational entry processes for HTS/ADD/CVD, FTA and IOR, ensuring accurate classifications and regulatory compliance. You will audit broker entries, maintain HTS data, and support the International Compliance team with post-entry projects, duty drawbacks, and related activities while delivering timely responses to customers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in trade compliance, a customs broker license, and strong Excel/Access

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field.
• Customs broker license required.
• 3+ years in trade compliance.
• Strong classification skills.
• Knowledge of US and CA customs laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and Access for data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Manage operational entry processes (HTS/ADD/CVD, FTA, IOR) and other import activities.
• Audit broker entries and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support International Compliance Manager with post-entry projects and duty drawback programs.
• Maintain HTS classifications and update the HTS database.
• Provide timely responses to internal and external customers.
• Monitor AD/CVD cases and advise brokers accordingly.
• Conduct internal audits to identify compliance issues and resolve findings.
• Perform other compliance-related duties as required.
