The role partners with Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service to embed security into daily workflows and support customer audits. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supply chain security, strong risk assessment and audit experience, and excellent cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in supply chain security, logistics security, or compliance.
• Experience with CTPAT, TAPA FSR/TSR, or customer security programs.
• Able to conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations.
• Strong cross-functional communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security risk assessments and due diligence for carriers and service providers.
• Ensure carrier compliance with CTPAT, TAPA TSR, and customer security requirements.
• Perform facility security assessments and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Define transport security controls for high-value shipments.
• Lead security trainings for Operations, Warehouse, Drivers, and Customer Service teams.
• Respond to security incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Support audits and risk management activities.
