Job summary

Aristocrat Technology is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Lead to govern and advise across global import and export activities within the Global Logistics, Warehouse and Trade team. The role provides guidance to regional teams, ensures adherence to global standards, maintains audit documentation, and supports customs brokers.

You will lead classification, valuation, origin determinations, and FTAs analysis, drive policy development, and oversee audits and remediation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in trade compliance, customs, import/export operations, or related regulatory compliance functions.
• Strong working knowledge of HTS, FTAs, process auditing, and import/export regulations.
• Experience with Global Trade systems (GTM) and ERP tools; ability to interpret complex regulations.
• Auditing import/export documentation or customs broker performance is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing trade compliance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and subject matter expertise across global import/export activities.
• Lead and refine trade compliance policies, controls, and frameworks.
• Oversee classification, valuation, origin, and export control determinations.
• Drive development and evolution of trade compliance standards and guidelines.
• Lead global trade audits and remediation efforts with cross-functional guidance.
• Identify risks and oversee corrective actions and remediation plans.
