Job summary

GrandCHB INC. in Alhambra, CA seeks a detail-oriented Customs Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team. This role ensures smooth, compliant international trade operations and supports documentation, audits, and regulatory alignment.

You will collaborate with brokers and government agencies, monitor regulatory changes, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customs compliance, trade operations, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of CBP regulations, HTS classification, and import/export procedures.
• Experience with trade compliance software and customs entry systems preferred.
• Licensed Customs Broker designation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with U.S. CBP regulations and international trade laws.
• Classify goods using HTS and manage import/export documentation.
• Conduct internal trade compliance audits and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to facilitate clearance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies and procedures.
• Prepare and review entry filings, commercial invoices, and other trade documents for accuracy.
• Support denied party screening and export control compliance activities.
