Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to ensure import operations are accurate, compliant, and efficient. You will own import entry audits, strengthen customs compliance processes, and partner with cross-functional teams and brokers to build scalable tools that improve data accuracy and reduce duty overspend.

You will analyze import data for risks and savings, develop dashboards, automation, and reporting, and collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising to improve customs

Formación

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance, CBP Form 7501, HTS classification.
• Ability to identify documentation and duty calculation errors.
• Experience working with customs brokers and PSCs.
• Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own import entry audit process and audit-ready records.
• Manage PSCs, monitor broker performance, recover overpayments.
• Support HTS classification accuracy and guidance.
• Analyze import data for risks and opportunities; develop dashboards and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and data integrity.
