Humanscale is seeking a Customs Compliance Specialist to support our North America operations. You will manage customs documentation, HTS classifications, and trade-compliance processes in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires 1–3 years in data analysis and customs-related functions, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The position offers competitive salary with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree required.
• Experience in data analysis and customs-related functions is expected (1–3 years).
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customs broker to resolve questions at port arrival and determine HTS, FTA eligibility, valuation, and AD/CVD applicability.
• Perform daily audits of Customs Entries.
• Compile documentation for drawback claims and create weekly movement reports for US/Canada/MMexico borders.
• Maintain department records/files and support CTPAT initiatives.
