Job summary

Crowell & Moring LLP seeks an International Trade Analyst to focus on U.S. import regulatory matters, CBP disputes, and related antidumping/countervailing duty investigations. The role supports the International Trade Group with deadlines and client service.

Responsibilities include assisting with filings, preparing briefs, and coordinating with attorneys, clients, vendors, and government agencies to ensure timely, accurate work product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Customs Brokers License preferred.
• Experience with US import regulation and CBP processes.
• Knowledge of HTSUS, 19 CFR, and trade remedy investigations.
• Strong communication, organization, and client service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel for complex reports.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on import regulatory matters enforced by CBP.
• Prepare filings with CBP such as protests and penalties.
• Assist with ITC/AD/CVD questionnaires and filings.
• Draft case briefs and post-hearing submissions.
• Manage filings with ITA/USITC and monitor case developments.
• Maintain electronic and physical files for AD/CVD cases.
• Interact with clients, vendors, and government agency staff.
• Analyze internal records and ensure timely deadlines.
