Job summary

Crowell & Moring LLP seeks an International Trade Analyst to support U.S. import regulatory matters, including CBP entry procedures, HTSUS classification, origin, and free trade agreements. The role emphasizes timely administrative support and client service within the International Trade Group.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Customs Brokers License preferred.
  • Experience with U.S. import regulation and CBP processes.
  • Familiarity with ITA/USITC and antidumping/colicy investigations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in advising clients on import regulatory matters with CBP.
  • Prepare filings with CBP such as protests, penalties, and responses.
  • Assist with ITC/ITA filings and questionnaire responses.
  • Draft case and rebuttal briefs for Commerce and ITC proceedings.
  • Filing and tracking AD/CVD investigations with agency systems.
  • Monitor developments at ITA and USITC and maintain records.
  • Interact with clients, vendors, and government employees under attorney guidance.
